By accessing gebastra.com or using the Geb Astra app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

About the Service

Geb Astra is an augmented reality meditation app that places sacred geometry forms into your physical environment, paired with resonant sound. It is operated by 4D Design / Andrea Keller Architecture, based in Joshua Tree, California.

The app and website are currently in pre-launch. Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Geb Astra only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any part of the app or website without written permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the service to harass, harm, or deceive others
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the app or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the site

Subscriptions and Billing

Geb Astra will offer paid subscription tiers upon launch. The following terms will apply when billing is active:

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout
• Payments are processed through Apple In-App Purchase — billing is managed through your Apple ID
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's standard refund policy
• Pricing is subject to change with reasonable advance notice

Practitioner Affiliate Program

Participation in the Geb Astra Practitioner Affiliate Program is by application and approval only. By applying, you agree that:

• Acceptance is at the sole discretion of Geb Astra / 4D Design
• Affiliate commission rates (20–25%) are subject to change with notice
• You will represent Geb Astra honestly and in alignment with its values
• We reserve the right to revoke affiliate status at any time

Full affiliate terms will be provided upon acceptance into the program.

Intellectual Property

All content on gebastra.com and within the Geb Astra app — including but not limited to geometry designs, sound compositions, written copy, visual assets, and the Geb Astra name and wordmark — is the exclusive intellectual property of 4D Design / Andrea Keller Architecture.

Nothing on this site or in the app grants you any license or right to use our intellectual property without express written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Geb Astra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app or website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Use of the app is at your own risk.

Geb Astra is designed for meditation and contemplative practice. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4D Design / Andrea Keller Architecture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Geb Astra or its website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
